Milk Booster

Hari ni genapla 4 bulan saya fully breastfeed Faris..

perkembangan terkini semasa check up 16/11 baru ni

Faris dah 6.3 kg...kebolehan semasa..kaki sembang..orang tegur sikit jawab..orang ajak peek a boo sikit gelak. Masa pi klinik tu, duk gelak la.sembang la..dengan suara yg kuat hokey..cepat-cepat ibu peluk faris sbb menarik perhatian sangat..hehe. faris belum start tiarap lagi, agaknya macam kakak kot, nearly 5 months baru nak tiarap. Faris suka tengok kakak main, kalau kakak datang tegur dekat-dekat dia suka nak layan kakak..tapi kalau kakak jiha dia main terjah je mmg nampak muka dia takut..hehe

berbalik pada tajuk, ni nak share milk booster yang saya sendiri dah uji dan berkesan;

1-Ulam pegaga
2-Shaklee alfalfa
3-fevret air horlicks
4-fevret gak milo+susu tepung+oat...syedap (and aid up sembelit too)
5-Halba..saya masukkan dalam nasi lemak pya nasik or kat kemaman ni..beli nasik dagang la..hehe
6-Peria, buat sayur tumis je

kalau ada nanti saya tambah lagi..tetiba blurr..tapi apapun milk booster ni kena rotate2 la dan yg paling penting jangan tention-tention...saya kalau boleh langsung tak nak fikir susu merudum ke apa..buat relax je coz kalau tention mmg milk production lagi turun.. (kalau saya la)

saya rasa tarikh lagi ni santekk 20.11.2011

rasanya sheera ayob kot amik tarikh ni..zaman saya kawen dlu smua berebut tarikh 07.07.07,

saya tak kisah sangat sebab yang penting tarikh saya ambil semua family saya boleh datang kenduri saya..kalau dah semua nk kawin 07.07.07, jenuh la org berkejar dari kenduri ke kenduri..ye dak?

tapi Allah dah beri tarikh yg indah untuk kami ingati.... nikah on 17.08.07 dan najihah lahir on 17.07.08, agak confuse di situ..but its beautiful for us :)

kepada yg menikah 20.11.2011 ni.. congrats..dan moga kekal bahagia hendaknya.

Her First Sand Art

Ujung minggu baru ni kebetulan kami ke karnival PASDEC kat ECM, sekali adalah aktiviti main sand art tuk bebudak FOC je..tengok najiha macam berminat ..so bagi la dia try. Ibu la yang duk cungkil kertas barrier dengan bahagian yg sticky tu....hasilnya...

tu haa yang belah kiri tu...hehehe...elok je I pi minta dia masukkan dlm plastik rupanya background tak letak coloured sand lagi..patutla that chinese girl tanya ' da siap ke kak?'..sebab nak cepat I pn cakap..dah..dah.. hehe

eksaited je nak lekat kat peti sejuk :)

Pi MBS beli satu set yang brand disney dalam kotak, ada 5 gambar, frame gambar dan harga dalam RM19.90, so ini lah hasilnya yang Cik Najihah buat sendiri

buka 5 warna je...buka banyak-banyak takut lagi banyak tumpah dari melekat..hehe

Overall saya rasa aktiviti sand art ni memang bagus la untuk tengok kreativiti dan hand coordination of our kids.....best!

P/s:Ibu sibuk assist kaka Jiha buat sand art, Ayah dukung Faris... Adik Faris yang penyabar tu telah menyumbat bukan jari...tapi all the jari jemaris ke dalam mulut tau sebab nak bersabar tunggu kakak siap..hehe..sian adik, penyabar je tunggu turn dia pula untuk breastfeed :)
