Coping With Stress

As mama-miya mention on how she reward herself in her post , I just want to share my way of coping with my domestic stress and rewarding myself.

I will wake up early morning... much earlier than ayah and even najihah,

Open the sliding door and take a deep breath in the fresh morning air

Make myself a cup of hot coffee

And sit near the open sliding door..

sipping my favorite coffee..

Just sit there...doing nothing but listening to the birds chirping...

feeling the morning air...

Taking my time off and prepare myself for another adventure in my life.. :)

Twinkle Twinkle Little Star

Since i was little i really like this song..but never get to sang it the way it should (tak boleh join Jangan Lupa Lirik langsung). But when Najiha came along, i try to sing her any nursery rhymes i know including song for KBSR (masa kecik dowlu2). To any mother who wants to sing their children 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Star'..gotta watch this video (wat karaoke di cubicle masing2 key..)

9 months in the womb...got to watch this!

mommies... a sad morning news..

I'm sure any mommies who read this news will feel sad, frustrated and angry because that's the way i felt..

This is so not human and i hope things like this will never ever happen again. Poor little baby..she's only 3 years old!

Everytime i read news like this i will feel restless and worry and soooo angry.. for mommies who's working a full time job (like me) sometimes we have no choice other than putting trust on other people to take care of our child (so lucky to mommy who got their own mom or MIL to take care of their child).

May Allah bless and protect us all especially our little and vulnerable children.. aminnn

Girls will be girls.. ("p)

Last Saturday we went to Nilai 3 to accompany my sister in law buying few things for her marriage preparation.

Next to the wedding accessories shop, there’s one toys shop which attracted najihah (and me too of course), and as you will see...girls will be girls when it comes to shopping…

Actually I'm not encouraging her to buy toys (she already had enough) I just want to see how she would react to all those colors and cartoon character she knew.

We ends up buying her only a writing board (sorry...forget to take a pic of it)

Our Family Home Garden

We try to practice home gardening and last weekend’s we go to a nursery nearby and buy some cute plastic pot and some vegetables seed, some brinjals, chilies, mustard (sawi).. And just to let you all know we only plant veggies that my hubby like...hehe…

We also plant some kang kong and daun kesum so that we can make bubur lambok anytime we want.

Yesterday we found out the ‘sawi’ had grown their little tiny leaves...so cute and they grow fast in just one day…

We want to make this home garden as our family activity , not only will save us some grocery money but also helps to build up najiha's sense of responsibility, caring and level up her curiosity about nature.

SI COMEL BERBAJU RAYA CONTEST

Remember my post before about me being apart from my baby… our lil’ sweetheart Najiha…

Finally this raya we met her back and can you all imagine the feeling?? I wanted to hug her tight …but all she gave me was just a grinned and rejection..ouch…

But after a few hours the rejection subside and najiha finally let me hold her... fuhh legaa..

I never had much experience in blogging or joining any online contest, but hope this can be my najiha’s luck… attached is my Najihah's picture recently taken on the first Syahdu Syahdan Syawal 2009..actually she's in the middle of morning tears ceremony..ouch.. (bersalam dan bermaafan)

HAND, FOOT, AND MOUTH DISEASE??

I should do this posting earlier on, but I forgot where do I put the notes I made when there’s idea … hehe… (newbie la katakan..)

Last two weeks, for 2 days najiha had been showing fussiness that makes us scared and worried mixed up.

She will cry at most times unless she’s sleeping or did find something to play with that can really drift her far away forgetting that she’s actually in the middle of a cry

We checked her body and found out that she got some red spots under her feet...And a few blisters on her tongue...poor my najiha...she must be in real pain!! Thank God she hasn’t got fever... but she refused milk and refused to eat… even though she got the appetite.. kesian kan..

Immediately we took her to the clinics... (FYI we don’t get to see private pediatrician here in Kemaman… ) the doctor said that her skin is sensitive and this is not the hand, foot and mouth disease (some called hoof and mouth disease) because she has no fever...but the next day najihah fussiness got worst… and I have to ‘emergency ly leave’ to give attention she needs... baby cannot say what got her discomfort right? We also noticed that she's drooling, maybe this is because of the blisters on her tounge

I gave najiha medication for her fever and wet her hair using the water mixed with hibiscus tree leaves (to cool down…) and it works! I also used this one supplement ‘4L**e’ which contain cow colostrums’ and egg yolk. I put a capsule into her milk and mixed one capsule with a little water and rub it on her sole.. in just ONE day najihah is getting better and until today we still not sure if that is Hoof and Mouth disease or not, because the very next day najihah gain all her appetite again and our life is getting back to normal..Alhamdulillah..even the blister has faded too..

Here are some information from Dr.Sear regarding hoof and mouth disease.. note that najihah have most of the symptoms, but maybe it's the unserious viruses
